All digital products including Lightroom presets and other downloadable files  are non-refundable. Because these are digital goods that are delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR COURSES
Courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, reach out and we'll make it right.
To request a refund on a course, email learn@cassidylynneeducation.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and reason for the request.

FAILED PAYMENTS
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. If a payment fails or is declined, access to your course may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid for the duration of your payment plan. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a window to update your billing information. Failure to resolve a missed payment may result in permanent revocation of course access without a refund for payments already made.

All digital products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing any purchased digital content is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

shipping & returns

Shipping
All merchandise is made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal — don't worry if one item arrives before another.

Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept returns on merchandise within 20 days of receiving your order. Here's how:
1 Email us at learn@cassidylynneeducation.com with your order number to initiate your return. Wait until you receive a shipping label from us.
2 Ship your item back to us. We'll send you instructions once your return is approved.
3 Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
